
Replacement, Refund and Cancellation

Warranty
Hiveblue Labs does not offer warranty on the Products. However, if there is an issue with your Product, such as damaged or defective product delivered you must report it within 7 days with sufficient proof to be eligible to file for returns and refunds. In case of any conflict between the terms of the Product Warranty and the Product listing page, the terms of the Product listing page shall prevail.
Replacement Policy
We offer replacements only for defective or damaged products delivered.No other returns, cancellations, or exchanges are accepted. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within the time limit mentioned on the respective product listing page. The time limits for such replacements are hereby incorporated into these Terms by reference. To request a replacement, please click here and email us at with your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue.
The following conditions apply to product replacements:
- Products must be in the same condition during the time of pickup as the condition in which it was reported. Any wears and tears beyond what has been reported will automatically disqualify the order for replacement;
- In case missing components are reported, it must be ensured at the time of pickup that no components shall be missing beyond what has been reported. Any components missing beyond what has been reported will automatically disqualify the order for replacement
A product shall be considered defective or damaged if it meets any of the following conditions upon delivery:
A product is considered defective if it has:
- Printing errors, such as misprints, incorrect text, misaligned colors, missing artwork, or double prints on cards or components;
- Missing components, such as cards, tokens, dice, rulebooks, or other listed components not included in the box;
- Incorrect components, such as parts from another game, mismatched decks, or wrong items in the package;
- Production defects, such as poorly cut cards, or poorly cut rulebooks;
A product is considered damaged if it arrives with:
- Physical damage caused during shipping (crushed box, torn packaging, bent or torn cards, broken or cracked components).
- Water, moisture, or mold damage affecting any part of the product.
- Severe cosmetic damage that affects usability or playability (minor dents or scuffs on the outer box that do not impact gameplay are excluded).
Conditions for Replacement
- Products must be in the same condition as received, except for the reported defect or damage.
- If missing components are reported, Hiveblue Labs has the right to replace specific components or the whole product.
- Return shipping within India is free for approved replacement cases.
- Once approved, you may choose to receive a replacement of the same product
The following do not qualify for replacement:
- Minor colour differences between product photos and the actual product;
- Normal wear or slight damage to outer packaging that doesn’t affect the contents;
- Damage due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage of product after delivery (like folding the cards and/or tokens, bending the cards too much);
- Any issues reported beyond the replacement window that is mentioned on the respective product pages;
Cancellation
You may cancel an order anytime prior to the shipment being Out for Delivery. If the cancellation request is raised after such a time period, a cancellation fee shall be levied by us while processing the applicable refund.
